The annual Pasifika Benefit: Waves of Reciprocity is a premier fundraising event for UTOPIA PDX, showcasing the resilience, strength, and brilliance of Queer and Trans Pacific Islanders (QTPIs).

This year’s benefit theme: “Afi Pasifika: Flames of Resistance,” centers on the sacred symbolism of fire in Pasifika cultures—representing defiance, transformation, and the power to illuminate pathways for future generations.

The event takes the form of a pageant-style fundraiser, highlighting the unique talents, cultural pride, and individuality of QTPIs.
