Being a part of the community includes priming our next generation of QTPI and allies for success and to help navigate the world around them. With our new Department of Journey Transformation, we aim to provide our youth with Advancement, Growth, Empowerment, Resiliency, and Success.

The Department of Journey Transformation is dedicated to empowering LGBTQ2SIA+ students and their families by understanding their unique needs and developing innovative, exemplary programs that promote their success. We strive to foster collaborative partnerships with local schools and communities, ensuring that our activities are outcome-focused and sustainable. Through systematic data collection and participant feedback, we continuously refine our approaches to enhance educational experiences and personal growth for all LGBTQ2SIA+ students. Together, we aim to set a benchmark for best practices in supporting student success and contribute to a more inclusive and equitable society.
