Hafa Adai! We’re back again with another music-centered workshop. On Sunday, April 9th, from 11am-2pm, we are hosting our Songwriting Part 1.5 - Cultural Workshop Series! This is the second songwriting installment in our series and will be held at our office. Everyone is welcome to attend, even if you missed the last songwriting class. This is for all ages and anyone interested in learning how to write their own music or tell cultural stories and traditions through songwriting.
You can sign up using the link here: https://forms.gle/kfjNPhSGwqPQpdjV6.
We will build off the skills you learned from Part 1 and review everything taught for those who may have missed the last session. UTOPIA will provide songwriting journals for people to use for this workshop and future series. Refreshments and instruments will be provided. However, all participants are welcome to bring food to share and personal instruments for the jam sesh after the workshop.
